Hi Jonah

Hi Jonah, It's me, Flat Stanley! I made it to South Carolina just fine.  I'm sorry I didn't make it back to Ohio in time to go back to school with you.  I've been having a lot of fun here in South Carolina, and I knew I was going to get to go on a few more exciting trips this Summer.  I'm going to keep this blog of my travels for you until I make it all the way back home. 

I've been in Lake Wylie, SC so far.  It's just south of Charlotte, NC.  

Lake Wylie is in the Piedmont region of South Carolina.  Today I get to begin my travels.  I'm going to travel  south through Columbia (the state capital) then on to Charleston which is in the Coastal region of the state.  After that I get to travel up the coast to Myrtle Beach, SC, back to Lake Wylie and on up to the Blue Ridge Mountains in NC.  I'm so excited that I get to see each region of the state this week!  I'll do my best to post pictures often and share with you the exciting things I see and learn.

I hope to travel back home to Ohio the beginning of August by car.  If I don't get to do that I'll mail myself back to you!
